| Der Bau was made in reference to the incomplete last sentence of Franz Kafka’s novel Der Bau. It is made with ink and balsa wood - material used in architectural mock-ups. The text is distributed horizontally in order to form a sinuous line, a sort of a reflected horizon but also a soundwave. |
